Almost a New Year!

Hello, everyone!

I never did make a Christmas post, so, this is sort of a late Christmas post and early introduction post to the New Year! :)

Anyways, I hope you all had a Merry Christmas! My Christmas very simple, but nice :) And I really couldn't want more ^.^

Now, can you BELIEVE it's almost 2011? *passes out* 2011! Time flies, doesn't it? Sometimes I wish I could just go back and do it all over again... ;) Oh, and I believe an official picture of the GOTY 2011, Kanani, has been released. I'm just going to put my feelings for her like this...

... Anywho! Wow. It has been more than a month since I have posted. I'm really sorry! Ugh. Life is hectic. And finals haven't even started, so I can imagine how hectic life will be when they start...

But for now, I'm on winter break! :) 2 weeks off! :D And Christmas is this upcoming Saturday! Oh gosh... Okay, don't judge me, but I still have not gone Christmas shopping. (I'm such a procrastinator. But hey, it's been raining for the past 3 days nonstop, so I have no way of getting anywhere :P).

Hello, world and all who inhabit it! (Quote credit: Spongebob) It's me, Gwen! I am so psyched for the holidays! :D Anywho, since it won't stop RAINING (which, by the way, Lexii loves the rain... And I hate it... Lexii, I think you have issues...) all we can do is stay inside! :P But the good part about that, is today I got to work on the Christmas Music Video! Aaah, it's going to be amazing!

My first HS report card of grades, and I did great! :D

I am so happy! And my mom said I might just get some money from it ^.^

No C's. That's new! :O 

But I'm very, very proud of myself. And I know you might say "How do you get a B+ in Algebra 1? It's so easy!" Well, I'm not that talented at math :P Yes. I had to repeat it. I was 4 away from passing the Geometry placement test last year.... Oh well. Lots of people are re-taking it, I guess....

Today is MY birthday! :D I'm 14 (well, in doll years I am) and in regular years, I am 4 ^^

I can't believe it! 4 years! :O

Well, it feels great! In honor of today, Lexii took me out for a photoshoot, and oh yes, I posed. ^.^

For my birthday, I didn't want anything. Everything I could possibly ever want or need is right here(:

(However, Lexii said I will be getting a late birthday present soon, once she gathers up all the money.) :)

Movie Day!

Hello! It's Jess & Ruthie! Yesterday Lexii was home sick, and she kept on seeing the commercial on TV for "Beauty & The Beast: 50th year celebration, special edition" thing, and she thought "I have that movie on VHS..."

Soooo.... yesterday we got to watch it! :D Ruthie was dying to watch it, so I said yes! :)

Lexii watched it with us too, and I think the last time she watched it was about... 8 or 9 years ago! Yup! That long! Anyways, I (jess) didn't even know it was in France! Did you know that? Lexii told us once she heard the villagers saying 'Bonjour', 'Monsieur', 'Mademoiselle' and other stuff! Hehe! :D

And I (Ruthie) think that Belle is sooo beautiful! I wish I looked just like her! I love the Candle & the Clock & the Teacup people too! ^^ Although the beast DOES scare me a little... haha(:

Hello, it's Lanie Holland here today! So, as most of you hear, I am this nature girl who likes to grow foods in the garden and make friendly environments for monarch butterflies. Well, yes, I am, but I'm a lot more than that.

Today I dressed myself up in something I usually wouldn't wear, but when I put it on, I felt somewhat, artsy ^^

I went to the kitchen, looking for food, and then I noticed this picture. It's a painting, actually, and I thought "art". Now, if that's art, who says Lanie Savannah Holland can't be art, too? ;)

Sunday Fun!

Hey, everyone! It's Jordin, Samantha, and Ruthie! :D Okay, so Lexii has been crazy busy lately, and we've kind of been... forgotten...

But today, after Lexii finished her homework and reading for an hour, she noticed that we hadn't been changed IN 2 WHOLE WEEKS!!! So, she said we could pick whatever we wanted!

So, I, Jordin, picked a regular outfit. :)

While other people... *cough* Ruthie & Samantha *cough*, did their own thing ;)

I think Ruthie is ready to go to Paris! :)

I thought Sam looked really cute in this shirt! Then I saw what she was wearing under it.... xD

She might not have amazing fashion senses like moi, but, I have to admit, she looks pretty cute ^.^

Hello! It's Jess, and gosh, it's been forever since I posted on here! So, we were all happy with our "new blog" but I never got to post on it and it just wasn't fun. Okay, so school has started for me, and I guess you could say it's fun. Umm... hmm... I've decided that I want to continue this blog :) Now if only I could change the title... then we wouldn't have to start over :P Well, I deleted all of those boring posts! Yup! That's right. From now on, there shall be no more boringness! :) Only adventures! (Or other fun stuff....) :) Well, I had a fun labor day! Happy Birthday, Samantha!

Hello! It's Jess! And today is really exciting because it is Samantha's Birthday! Yay!

She has now been here for 3 years, like me! :)

Samantha explained that she didn't want any presents, a party, etc.

However, we can't do that. ;)

I took Samantha in the kitchen where we ate some fruit. She talked about the birthday parties she had in 1904. They sounded so elegant and fun. Meanwhile, Jordin, Gwen, Lanie, and Ruthie were all cleaning the bedroom and working on a sign for Samantha!

After 10 minutes it was finally done! Here are the pictures! :)

Ruthie is so nice! She speaks so intelligently and

has the sweetest smile! She's a great friend!

We all love her, and she looks great in almost everything! Definitely a photogenic doll!

The picture we have of her is one of our favorites! She mostly wears skirts & dresses.

Over the few days she's been here, she's grown close to mostly Gwen and I. Well, a little more to Gwen I would say. Hehe :) We're all very nice to her, and she continues to be nice back to us.

She says that we are the best friends/family in the whole wide world, and she can't wait to see all the adventures she will have.

I think if she started a blog, it would be a hit. But I think it would be more fun if she posted on mine. Well, I guess my blog name does sound kind of unfair to her when she will want to post. I mean, it does say "Jess's Adventure Blog!" on a BIG blog banner. Oh well, I don't think she will mind. Hehe :)

Hehe! It's Jess! And guess what? Well, Lexii said I looked "gorgeous!" today with my braids and everything, so she said, "That is it! We are using my mom's camera!".

Lexii's mom's camera is okay. Well, that's what Lexii thought. Turns out, it's a pretty good camera! But how is this still a problem? We're.... not allowed to use it :P

No worries though! We'll have a new camera soon! :)

Sick? No!

Hey. Jess here.

Well, for the past 3 days Lexii has been sick, and she keeps getting worse.

She said something about her temperature, and if it gets any higher she will have to go the hospital. I hope she feels better. She says she has the flu.

You see, when she's sick she doesn't do anything with us.

I've just been sitting around listening to music.

Horrible, Great, and Good News!

Okay guys, this is Lexii right now.

According to the title, you know that there is horrible, great, and good news.

Horrible News:

Well, I was actually going to do a post Saturday, but I felt like I could post Sunday.

Then, yesterday I was taking some pictures outside.

My camera has a safety hand strap on it, but I didn't put it around my hand when I was taking my pictures.

When I went to take a picture of my kitty (he's really frisky and likes to play), he grabbed the hand strap, pulled the camera down, and it just completely planted on the ground.

Now... my camera is BROKEN :(

I can't get the pictures on my computer because I don't have a slot for my memory card in my computer. My memory card is at a camera shop right now, but I'll get it tomorrow. I'll put the card in my mom's camera (ours are both Kodak's), and upload them to the computer. I don't feel like paying $45 to get my camera fixed when it's almost 4 years old and worn out.

I'm also taking a photography class next year, and I'll be needing a new camera, so....

I'm getting a new camera as an early birthday present! :D (My birthday's in the summer, though. Oh well :P)

I'm not sure what camera, and I'm not sure when, but that's the great news!

Good news is, I promised myself if I ever got a professional camera (I don't really know what to call it :P), I would refuse to use OneTrueMedia. It's a free site I make my youtube videos on. It always makes my pictures blurry, and extremely low quality. I would never want to get a good camera, take nice pictures, and still have them look awful. That's the opposite of what I want.

I have a Mac, but I got it a long time ago, so it doesn't have iMovie. I asked my mom, and she said maybe we could download it! So, that's the good news! (No more low quality pictures, whoo!)

Sorry this was long! Won't be posting many pictures for a while. If you read this far, please reward yourself by looking at some different pictures I took a while ago! :)
